Dr. Adrian Andreou

Dr. Adrian Andreou qualified from the University of Manchester in 2001 and obtained Membership of the Royal College of Physicians prior to specialising in Radiology. Adrian completed his training at the Norwich Radiology Academy, following which he undertook a fellowship in oncological imaging at the Royal Marsden Hospital, London. He is currently practising as a Consultant Radiologist at the Royal United Hospital, Bath.

He completed specialty training in Clinical Radiology on the East Midlands north rotation, sub-specialising in Gastrointestinal Radiology. He was appointed as a consultant in 2019, based at the Royal Derby Hospital. He has a strong interest in teaching and education and is currently College Tutor for clinical radiology at the Trust, as well as Associate Clinical Director for MRI. He is a member of several radiological societies. He has multiple peer reviewed publications.

His is the Radiology Representative for the British Gynaecological Cancer Society, the Radiology Co-Lead for the Southwest Prostate Cancer Working Group and the Regional Radiology Lead for the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme.

He has a strong interest in teaching and education and currently acts as a Clinical Tutor for the University of Bristol Medical School.

His major interests are gastrointestinal and genitourinary imaging with a particular focus on oncological imaging.
